Do I need a plan, credits, or both?
Plans unlock the modules you run continuously (GBP Management). Credits fuel metered work: heatmap scans and SI visibility checks. Plans also carry a monthly SEO page pool. Most agencies hold one plan and top up credits as they scan; you can also start credits-only.
How is SEO usage counted?
Every crawled page counts once against your monthly page pool, including pages rendered with JavaScript. Pools reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and unused pages don't roll over. Without a plan you get 100 pages a month; Starter includes 100,000, Growth 300,000 and Agency 1,000,000. One check can crawl up to 2,000 pages on a plan. Checks running at the same time: 1 without a plan, 2 on Starter and Growth, 5 on Agency. JavaScript rendering is on the Growth and Agency plans.
Can I cancel a plan anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly. Cancel from My profile → Subscription info and access runs to the end of the paid period. Your data stays.
What is a credit?
One credit = one grid point scanned. A 7×7 scan uses 49 credits (7 × 7). A 13×13 scan uses 169 credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Buy once and use them whenever you need.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Scans and SI Visibility run on credits alone. GBP Management is an optional monthly plan, only if you want it running continuously.
What happens if a scan fails?
If a scan fails entirely due to a server or API error, all credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
How does the team feature work?
You can invite team members from My profile → User management. Each member shares the account plans and credit balance.
