Quick answers about credits and payments.

Credits bought in a pack never expire, and neither do the free credits a new account starts with. A GBP Management plan’s monthly credits are replaced at each renewal, not added, and are spent first. Every credit buys the same things.
Cost = grid points × keywords × ranking sources.
Failed scans are refunded automatically.
A scheduled run your credits can’t cover is skipped, not charged. The bell tells you, and the schedule runs again at its next slot once you have credits.
The account owner can buy credits from My profile → Subscription info.
In a team, everyone spends the team’s credits by default. The owner can switch to per-member credits in My profile → User management: each member then spends a monthly share of the plan’s credits plus any the owner moves to them, and asks the owner for more when it runs out. Purchases stay with the owner.
