Scheduling recurring scans

Make a scan recurring

1. 1Set up a scan as usual in Local → Local Rank Tracker → New scan, then click the calendar icon beside Run Scan. The schedule covers every keyword on the scan, on the ranking sources you pick: Google Maps, Local Pack and Organic (Website).
2. 2Each keyword, ranking source and weekday becomes its own schedule, up to 20 at once. Organic (Website) can be scheduled when the business has a website: each run tracks that site.
3. 3Choose Weekly, Monthly, or Custom (Custom supports daily / every N days / specific weekdays).
4. 4Pick the timezone, then Start scheduling. The scan runs once its day arrives in that timezone, so the day is exact and the hour is not.

To schedule one completed scan exactly as it ran, choose Schedule from its row menu in Campaigns → Scan view. In the Schedule this scan window pick Daily, Weekly or Monthly and a timezone, then click Create schedule.

Each scheduled run appears in Campaigns, the Schedule page shows each schedule’s last run, and you can be notified in-app, by email or both when a run finishes.
