Navigating the dashboard

Where everything lives: sidebar and top bar.

The sidebar

  • The left rail holds the modules: Home, SEO, Local, SI, Reports and Agency, with Account at the bottom. Every module except Home opens its own menu.
  • Local: Review Management, GBP Optimization and Local Rank Tracker (heatmaps). Local Rank Tracker’s tabs: Campaigns, New scan, Schedule, Compare, Analytics, Keyword Lists, Grid Configs.
  • Account opens My profile, whose own menu takes the rail’s place: Profile settings, Subscription info, User management, Notifications and Branding (team owner only); Connect: Integrations, Email sending, WordPress, Automation recipes; Build: Developers, API Reference. Back to main page, at the top of that menu, takes you back to the page you were on.

The top bar

  • Active business (beside the logo): pick one business and lists such as scans and reports show only its work, and a new scan starts on it. Back on All businesses, the scan list and Reports show every business’s work again. Two scan lists keep their own business there: one opened from a link to a business or location (such as Full history on a GBP profile), until you clear its filter, and a saved view.
  • Search pages and businesses: jump to any page or business (⌘K on a Mac, Ctrl K elsewhere).
  • Credits: your balance. Click it to open My profile → Subscription info.
  • Support (?): opens this help center.
  • Notifications (bell): in-app updates, with an unread count.
  • Account (your picture or initials): its menu starts with your name or email, which opens My profile → Profile settings, and lists Subscription info, Manage users, Notifications, Integrations & API and Sign out.
