GBP Profiles overview
What GBP Optimization does.
GBP Profiles (Local → GBP Optimization) lists your team’s Google Business Profiles, imported from the team’s connected Google accounts. Open a profile to see its performance and rank scans, and to edit its business info, reply to reviews, publish or schedule posts, and manage photos, services and attributes. Making changes can require the GBP Management plan (My profile → Subscription info); viewing stays free. A teammate’s profile can be changed by the person who added it, the owner, a Manager, or anyone whose role can manage GBP (Members can, Viewers cannot).
