Connect Google and import your profiles
Bring in the Business Profiles you manage.
Open Local → GBP Optimization and click Add GBP. Sign in with the Google account that manages your clients’ profiles, and its profiles are imported into the table automatically, up to the number of businesses your GBP Management plan allows when a plan is required. A profile a teammate already imported is not imported again, and it counts once toward the profiles your plan covers.
If the plan covers fewer profiles than are active, for example after a switch to a smaller plan, the most recently activated ones are held and marked Held. You can still open them, but nothing is changed or published on them until you choose which stay active with Activate in a held row’s menu, or change your plan.
