How credits work
Credits are a single, fungible top-up: every credit is equal.
A scan costs 1 credit per grid point, per keyword, per ranking source. So a 13×13 grid (169 points) with 1 keyword on 1 source = 169 credits; on 2 sources = 338.
SI Visibility checks spend credits too. The New SI check page shows the cost before you start, and every sample an SI engine does not answer is refunded. Text-message (SMS) review requests spend credits too: 6 credits per part of the text, shown before you send, and refunded if the text can’t be sent.
A new account starts with 49 free credits, enough for one 7×7 scan, and they never expire. Credits you buy never expire. Credits included with a GBP Management plan are replaced at each renewal and are spent first. Every credit unlocks the same features, and larger packs cost less per credit.
In a team, everyone spends the team’s credits by default. The owner can switch to per-member credits in My profile → User management: each member then spends their own monthly share of the plan’s credits plus any the owner moves to them, and purchases land with the owner.
Refunds
If a scan fails, the credits for it are automatically refunded to your wallet.
