Timezone & distance units
Where the timezone and Miles/Meters are actually set.
Each recurring scan and report has its own timezone, chosen when you schedule it: that zone decides which local day it runs, and its next run is shown in it. Other times on screen follow your browser’s timezone.
Pick Miles or Meters for one scan in the Scan area panel on the New scan page, under Distance between points.
Set your defaults in My profile → Profile settings, under Localization: new scans start with your distance unit, and new scan schedules start in your timezone. Schedules you already made keep their own timezone.
